The brown sugar scrub

Here’s how to make a supernatural, gourmet, and nourishing scrub: just mix a tablespoon of brown sugar with a tablespoon of olive oil, and add two drops of lemon essential oil.

The mixture is applied directly to the face in circular massages, to unclog the pores, for two to three minutes. Then we rinse thoroughly.

The avocado scrub

Ideal for purifying dry skin, this scrub is rather simple to make: just mix the flesh of half an avocado with a teaspoon of fine salt and a drizzle of olive oil.

This involves applying the resulting mixture evenly on the face and leaving it on for five minutes. It is then eliminated, by performing circular massages. And finally, we rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

The yogurt scrub

This very gentle scrub is very easy to perform and promises maximum effectiveness: just mix half a yogurt, two tablespoons of powdered sugar, and a teaspoon of honey.

The mixture is applied in a thick layer on the face. It is then a question of massaging with circular motions until the sugar has melted. Then we rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

The almond powder scrub

Here is a very complete natural scrub, composed of invigorating ingredients, and easy to make: just mix a teaspoon of almond powder, a teaspoon of cornstarch and argan oil, and a little honey.

You must first apply the mixture to the face in a uniform layer and leave it on for about ten minutes. Small circular massages are then carried out before rinsing thoroughly.

The sunflower and pineapple scrub

This atypical scrub purifies and gives a beautiful glow to all faces. To make it, just add a tablespoon of freshly squeezed pineapple juice to a tablespoon of sunflower flour, and mix.

It is a question of applying the paste obtained on the whole of the face and proceeding to small circular massages. Then you have to leave the mixture for ten minutes, and finally rinse thoroughly.
