Often visible in the T-zone, enlarged pores, in addition to promoting the appearance of blackheads and pimples, can quickly become unsightly. Common to combination to oily skin, they can also result from an unsuitable skincare routine, or a poor lifestyle: tobacco, alcohol, stress, pollution, lack of sleep, etc. If you want to put an end to them, you will therefore have to adopt new gestures on a daily basis. But don’t panic, we’re here to help!

Essential to the good health of our skin, pores allow the excretion of sebum and sweat. When the skin is oily, however, they sometimes dilate due to the accumulation of dead cells, leading to other blemishes. A vicious circle that can however be broken by adopting new habits …

The right actions to tighten the pores of the skin

The best way to say goodbye to large pores is to take care of your skin daily!

Your beauty routine might take a little longer, but it’s totally worth it. In just a few days, you should already see an improvement in the condition of your skin.

Makeup removal

Indispensable even if you are not wearing makeup, makeup removal is used to eliminate all dust and impurities accumulated throughout the day. These as well as makeup clog the pores of your skin and eventually lead to the development of blackheads.

– Massage your face for a few seconds with a little jojoba oil and rinse with clean water.

– Then spray a hydrosol all over the face and neck to eliminate the last impurities and protect your skin from lime residue.

Choose a tonic lotion or a hydrosol with astringent properties, which will tighten your pores. Choose, for example, floral waters from:

  • -witch hazel
  •  pink
  •  geranium
  • pepper mint

Skin cleansing

For the perfect cleansing of your skin, consider white clay! Very soft on the skin, it can be used daily without any problem.

– To do this, mix a little clay and lukewarm water directly in your hand.

– Gently massage your face with the resulting paste and rinse immediately with cold water.

Your skin will be softer, and, not feeling attacked, will tend to produce less sebum to protect itself. Your pores will then be less dilated.

The scrub

Exfoliation is an important step in this anti-large pore routine, but you shouldn’t do it too often, as it can damage and stress your skin.

So prefer to limit yourself to one scrub per week, in order to dislodge blackheads and stubborn impurities.

You can also make your own exfoliant, by mixing:

– 1 C. to c. coffee grounds
– 2 tbsp. to c. olive oil

OR

– 1 C. to c. white sugar
– 2 tbsp. to c. liquid honey

Massage gently then rinse with cold water and finally moisturize!

Hydration

Once your face is perfectly purified and cleansed, don’t forget to hydrate it properly!

A lack of hydration can indeed lead the skin to produce more sebum to form a protective barrier. A reaction that, you will understand, will ruin all your efforts to make your large pores disappear.

In order to maintain the skin barrier, mix in the hollow of your hand:

– 1 pump of aloe vera gel
– 2 to 3 drops of hazelnut or jojoba oil

Apply this mixture morning and evening after cleansing, gently massaging your face.

You can also make a homemade serum by adding a few drops of essential oil of rose geranium, astringent and antibacterial. Ideal for tightening large pores!

The right beauty reflex: the choice of soap

If you have acne breakouts, the first thing you should do is wash your skin. It is imperative, on a daily basis, to clean yourself. But for this, you should not use just any product. You should opt for an anti-acne soap made up of ingredients that are known for their benefits.

To have smooth skin with less visible pores, goat’s milk soap is a great ally. This two-in-one product (it also works as a mask) will eliminate all the impurities present on your skin which are the cause of the development of pimples.

With this soap, you can regulate excess sebum and regain soft skin. This soap is suitable for all skin types, even the most sensitive.

So if you are concerned with skin imperfections, it is a valuable ally. This is not inevitable, and these complexes can go away with the right routine.

You should also know that you have to put your own money into it since good hygiene is essential for having beautiful skin. This is why it is advisable not to eat too much fat, not to drink alcohol, and not to smoke.
