Slowly bend forward until your forehead rests on top of your knees. Hold this pose for 30 seconds. Then stand back up and repeat the same process 5 times.

 Step 3- Cheek Raising Exercise

Stand upright with your legs slightly apart. Raise your arms over your head and hold them there. Bend forward until your forearms rest on top of your shins. Keep your shoulders relaxed and don’t strain yourself. Hold this posture for 15 minutes. Afterward, gently stretch your entire body using all four limbs.
